I'm using water genie with the 27ft water fed pole. Most difficult part of the set up was inserting the female hoselock adaptor to the black hose after cutting way the trigger - the hose diameter appears to be far too small but did it in the end by inserting the serrated coupling several times to widen the inner diameter of the hose - be patient, it will eventually open up and you can then insert the hoselock.
Easy to use but does get heavy after a while. Did a good job cleaning my soffits and facias, I just used washing liquid in warm water.

Good Bit of kit
Works surprisingly well for the price. Gives a really good flow of water, even at full 25ft height. Variable flow control is handy and the battery level meter gives a clear indication of remaining battery. Only used once, but did all the facias on the house and the battery was still in the green, after 4 full tanks of water.

Worth the money
This is the 3rd water genie I've had. As they say, "you get what you pay for". It's a good bit of kit, but the working parts don't seem to last long. My older 2 need maintenance and I eventually had to buy an external flow controller, which is far more reliable. I'd still recommend it at the reasonable price.
